1. Who we are
This policy covers the Most Fit Timer mobile application (the “App”). Questions: support@mostfit.app.
2. Data we collect
We collect none. In particular we do not collect:
- Names, emails, phone numbers, or other identifiers
- Precise or approximate location
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
- Payment or financial information
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
- Usage analytics, advertising IDs, or crash reports
- Anything you type or any timer session history
3. How the App works
The sprint and walk timer runs on your device in memory for the current session. Closing the App ends the session. We do not operate a cloud profile, leaderboard, or sync service for this App.
4. Permissions
The App is designed to run without requesting access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location. If a store listing or operating system shows a generic capability, that does not mean we collect the related data.
5. Third parties
We do not sell data, because we do not have any of yours. Google Play and the Android operating system may collect information under their own policies when you download or run apps. That collection is outside this App and outside our control.
6. Children
The App is a referee fitness timer and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your choices
There is no account to delete and no profile to export. Uninstalling the App removes it from your device.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Because we collect no data, a change will not retroactively create a dataset we do not have.
